DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2022 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Ultra-popular restaurant Rocco’s Tacos at 110 East Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach is under scrutiny from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation after an inspector logged eight violations on July 18th, then returned the following day and found two. The restaurant was not ordered to shut down, but is subject to an unannounced follow-up inspection.

Operator discarded far right: raw steak (58°F); cooked onions and pepper (66°F); cooked sweet potatoes (52°F); cooked garlic 58°F (); cooked mushrooms (58°F); cooked chicken wings (54°F); shredded cheese (59°F); raw shrimp (53°F); raw mahi-mahi (52°F). Unit has an ambie temperature of 50°F-54°F. Operator states items have been in unit less than four hours. Operator moved to working unit. **Warning**

Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine tested at 0ppm. Sanitizer was empty.
